Down the beach just south of the Santa Monica pier is a set of outdoor gymnastic equipment. Each weekend several very fit and toned guys take advantage of this equipment for a workout and just good fun.

These guys are certainly fit, talented and very worked out. It is amazing to watch them on the rings, tightropes, parallel bars and other equipment.

Shooting is difficult as the background they are against is so very bright and they are often moving so fast it will challenge the quickest auto focus camera you can find.

But these talented and athletic guys are a pleasure to watch. Keep an eye on this section for regular updates.

Buskers and Musicians on the street, are such a part of the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica on the weekends.

Marcin (or Soul) as he is called, plays lead guitar for their band, Jam Balaya. These guys are truly talented and the sound is great. You can hear them play at many venues in and about L.A. and Southern California.

I was so intrigued with this guy's amazing body art and how the silver neck piece draped over and accented the definition of his torso.

Ziv is his name. I have seen Ziv perform on the 3rd Street Promenade a few times now. He is a talented man with an amazing voice and charisma to match.

You can actually see and hear Ziv at a number of live venues in and around Los Angeles. A talent guitar and piano player, Ziv writes, arranges and produces all his own music which can be heard on a number of CD's available from his site.

Frosty Stilwell of KLSX 97.1 FM had this to say about Ziv:

"Probably the best undiscovered talent musically in Los Angeles."

I am not sure what this young fellow's name is or the name of his band. I don't think they had it displayed.

He has such a great voice though and plays the accustic guitar very well.

I suspect the young keyboard player is his girlfriend.

They certainly are a talented couple and you can tell from the look on his face how much he loves to perform.
